我院自1987年3月～1988年3月共收治齐市地区新生儿疾病381例,其中感染性疾病207例,占新生儿疾病住院总数54.3％,病死率为3.4％,现就本地区新生儿感染性疾病病原菌及临床特点做如下探讨。临床资料 1.一般资料:男132例,女75例,男女之比1.76:1。 2.发病情况:日龄0～3天60例(29.0％),～7天43例(20.8％),～28天104例(50.2％)。孕周<37周21例,>42周20例,足月儿166例。母乳喂养儿72例,人工喂养儿135例。
