目的:建立直接进样测定生活饮用水中呋喃丹、莠去津、灭草松和2,4-滴的液相色谱串联质谱的分析方法。方法:水样经0.22μm的滤膜过滤,直接用液质联用仪分析检测,色谱柱选用atlantics T3,进行两个添加水平的测定,每个水平重复6次。结果:在2μg/L和10μg/L两个添加水平下,方法的回收率为97%~108%,精密度RSD为2.9%~4.2%。以10倍信噪比(S/N)计算,方法的最低检测质量浓度分别是:呋喃丹0.06μg/L,莠去津0.20μg/L,灭草松0.02μg/L,2,4-滴0.04μg/L。结论:该方法样品不需前处理,操作简便、快速,准确度和灵敏度高,定量下限远低于国家饮用水限量标准。适用于饮用水中呋喃丹、莠去津、灭草松和2,4-滴的检测。
Objective: To establish a direct injection method for the determination of carbofuran, atrazine, imazapyr and 2,4-D in tap water by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods: The water samples were filtered through a 0.22 μm membrane filter and directly analyzed by LC / MS. The column was tested at two addition levels using atlantics T3, and each level was repeated 6 times. Results: Under the two levels of 2μg / L and 10μg / L, the recoveries were 97% -108% and the precision RSD was 2.9% -4.2%. The minimum detectable concentration of the method was calculated as 10 times the signal to noise ratio (S / N), respectively: 0.06μg / L carbofuran, 0.20μg / L atrazine, 0.02μg / L MCP, 2,4- 0.04 μg / L. Conclusion: The method requires no pretreatment, is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. The lower limit of quantification is far below the national standard of drinking water. It is suitable for the detection of carbofuran, atrazine, imazapyr and 2,4-D in drinking water.
