压水堆(PWR)全堆芯采用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术进行仿真面临的问题较多。例如:堆芯网格缺乏精细化设计会导致仿真失真,而堆内大量复杂结构区的精细化设计与方案筛选需占用大量时间;PWR全堆芯CFD仿真需超600亿的巨量网格,致使仿真需要大量的计算资源与时间。针对这些问题,设计了多湍流模型分段应用、几何简化与仿真修正方案,保证了仿真优化的准确度,并显著降低计算量与时间。 Pressure PWR (PWR) full core computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology to simulate the face more problems. Aiming at these problems, multi-turbulence model segmentation design, geometry simplification and simulation correction scheme are designed to ensure the accuracy of simulation optimization and significantly reduce the amount of computation and time.
