本文背景:宋山木,山木培训的前总裁。因其连续6次出现在中央电视台春节晚会观众席,以“吊带胡须男”之称走红网络。2010年5月4日,22岁女子罗云(化名)报警称自己被宋山木强奸。“强奸门”被踢爆后,“成功男人”宋山木被警方调查。2010年12月24日,深圳市罗湖区人民法院一审宣判,认定宋山木犯强奸罪,判处有期徒刑4年。从积极寻找罗云到在法庭上抱着罗云,勇敢面对宋山木,律师李莹和同事终于帮助罗云将宋山木拉下了神坛。一直以来,宋山木案引起了媒体的极大关注;但媒体更多关注的是案件本身,却忽略了案子背后更为深刻的东西。职场上的歧视、奴役、控制仍然像阴霾一样继续笼罩着类似山木集团员工的人群。
