国内外应用锂盐防治抑郁症和狂躁症等精神疾患有良好疗效。但锂盐的作用机制尚不清楚。近年来在动物身上进行的研究表明慢性给锂(腹腔注射或食物中加入锂盐)对脑内多种神经介质(如NE、DA、5-HT,GABA、Ach及内啡肽等)的代谢过程及其相应受体的数量和质量(超敏或低敏)有不同程度的影响。有少数报导提出了慢性给锂影响痛觉。本实验观察了中枢神精系统内急性给锂对动物痛阈的影响并作了初步分析。
