众所周知,目前影响高炉一代工作年限的关键部位,已经转移到炉身下部。如何改进高炉炉身下部结构以满足高炉长寿的要求,已成为高炉工作者亟待解决的课题。梅山1,2号高炉容积均为1060米~3,分别于1970年8月和1971年5月投产,至今均已中修两次。第一代炉身寿命分别为8年和7年左右,第二代分别为3年半和5年左右。影响炉身寿命的因素很多,本文仅就梅山高炉炉身冷却结构的演变和使用情况作一介绍,并提出一些改进意见。
As we all know, the key parts affecting the working life of blast furnace generation have been transferred to the lower part of the shaft. How to improve the structure of the lower part of the blast furnace shaft to meet the requirements of the long life of the blast furnace has become a pressing issue for blast furnace workers. Meishan 1,2 blast furnace volume of 1060 m ~ 3, respectively, in August 1970 and May 1971 put into operation, so far have been in the repair twice. The first generation of shaft life of 8 years and 7 years respectively, the second generation were 3 years and a half and 5 years. There are many factors that affect the life of the shaft body. This article only introduces the evolution and usage of the cooling structure of the shaft body of the Meishan blast furnace and presents some suggestions for improvement.
