目的观察血栓心脉宁片对急性血瘀大鼠血浆一氧化氮/内皮素-1(NO/ET-1)的影响。方法采用两次注射肾上腺素、冰水浴的方法建立急性血瘀大鼠模型,观察血栓心脉宁片对大鼠血浆NO及ET-1的影响。结果急性血瘀模型大鼠血浆NO含量明显降低(P<0.01),血浆ET-1含量明显升高(P<0.01);血栓心脉宁片高、中、低剂量组作用后均可显著升高急性血瘀大鼠血浆NO含量(P<0.05、P<0.01),降低血浆ET-1含量(P<0.01),以中剂量组效果最为明显,与步长脑心通颗粒具有相似的作用。结论血栓心脉宁片可促进NO合成和分泌,抑制ET-1表达,有利于恢复NO/ET-1平衡,对急性血瘀的改善具有积极作用。。
Objective To observe the effect of XHXM on plasma nitric oxide / endothelin-1 (NO / ET-1) in acute blood stasis rats. Methods Acute blood stasis model was established by twice injection of epinephrine and ice water bath to observe the effect of XHXM on plasma NO and ET-1 in rats. Results The content of NO in plasma in acute blood stasis model rats decreased significantly (P <0.01), the content of ET-1 in plasma increased significantly (P <0.01) The content of NO in plasma of rats with high acute blood stasis (P <0.05, P <0.01) and the content of ET-1 in plasma decreased (P <0.01), and the effect was most obvious in medium dose group . Conclusion XMXM can promote NO synthesis and secretion, inhibit the expression of ET-1, restores the balance of NO / ET-1 and has a positive effect on the improvement of acute blood stasis. .
