目的：分析护理干预对老年性白内障合并高血压围手术期的影响。方法：选取2012年5月至2014年5月期间，我院收治的135例老年性白内障合并高血压患者为研究对象，对围术期的护理进行回顾性分析。结果：研究中所有患者在经过全面、精心的围术期护理后，血压全部控制在适合手术的范围之内。结论：针对于老年性白内障合并高血压患者而言，做好围手术期的护理工作，有利于进一步降低患者血压，使其保持在适合手术的范围之内，从而保障患者顺利进行手术。
Objective: To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the perioperative period of senile cataract with hypertension. Methods: From May 2012 to May 2014, 135 cases of senile cataract with hypertension in our hospital were selected as the research object, and the nursing of perioperative period was retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: All patients in the study underwent complete and meticulous perioperative care and blood pressure was controlled within the scope of appropriate surgery. CONCLUSIONS: Perioperative nursing for the patients with senile cataract complicated with hypertension is beneficial to further reduce the blood pressure of the patients and keep them within the scope of appropriate surgery so as to ensure the smooth operation of the patients.
