在教学反思中应从教学环节中的课前、课中、课后阶段以及在教学过程中的角色、方法、技能、训练等方面进行反思,以达到不断规范教学行为、提高教学效果的目的。
In teaching reflection, we should reflect from the aspects of teaching before class, during class and after class, as well as the roles, methods, skills and training in the teaching process so as to achieve the goal of continuously regulating teaching behavior and improving the teaching effect.
