现今属于知识创新时代,面对日益激烈的市场竞争,企业应利用知识创新进行人力资源管理模式的完善和改进。知识创新的人力资源管理模式能够提升企业的竞争力,知识型企业在市场竞争中会获得足够的优势,因此,应加强知识创新策略在企业人力资源管理中的运用,建立更有效的管理模式。本文就基于知识创新的企业人力资源管理模式进行了研究分析。
