炎性乳腺癌的发病率约占乳腺癌的1%～4%,病程进展快,大多数患者在诊断后几个月内死于远处转移。我院自2000年1月～2010年1月共收治9例炎性乳腺癌,现将诊治情况报道如下。1资料和方法1.1临床资料:本组9例患者均为女性,年龄28-68岁,平均年龄46岁,经病理或细胞学证实为炎性乳腺癌。9例患者均为单侧发病,发生在右侧乳房4例,左侧乳房5例。其中9例有皮肤不同程度增厚,局部皮温增高;3例出现丹毒样改 Inflammatory breast cancer incidence of about 1% to 4% of breast cancer, the course of progress is fast, most patients died of distant metastasis within a few months after diagnosis.
