中学德育工作的基本任务是引导学生逐步树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,不断提高爱国主义、集体主义和社会主义思想觉悟。传统的学校德育重认知,轻实践,重灌输,轻内化,忽视学生的主体地位,不符合学生身心发展的规律,容易导致学生知行脱节,言行不一,人格错位。在新形势下,学校德育必须跟上时代的步伐,与时俱进,积极探索,肩负起塑造学生健全人格的神圣使命。因此,加强对青少年学生的德育工作,探索其正确有效的途径已成为每位教育工作者的历史责任。
The basic task of moral education in middle schools is to guide students to gradually establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and continuously raise their awareness of patriotism, collectivism and socialism. The traditional moral education at school re-cognition, light practice, re-inculcation, internalization, neglect of the dominant position of students, does not meet the laws of physical and mental development of students, easily lead to students out of line of knowledge, words and deeds vary, personality dislocation. Under the new situation, moral education in schools must keep pace with the times, keep pace with the times, actively explore and take up the sacred mission of shaping students’ healthy personality. Therefore, it is the historical responsibility of every educator to strengthen the moral education for young students and to explore their correct and effective ways.
