本研究采用自行设计和安装的“鞍环三维力测系统”,对我国优秀运动员和一般运动员进行动力学测试.从鞍马环上全旋动作测试的结果发现,环上全旋受力方向应该是向下向外侧。受力最大的部位是在后撑阶段,力值在运动员体重的两倍左右。全旋一周的时间与运动员做全旋的幅度成正比,双腿全旋为一秒左右。托马斯为1,3秒左右.在全旋过程中,单臂支撑时间明显大于双臂支撑时间。本研究的参数可供训练参考。
