覆盖件模具是汽车生产的大型复杂工艺装备,由于其形状和制造工艺的特殊性和复杂性,难以使用现有CAPP中分类编码或特征建模等方法进行零件信息输入。本文就开发的覆盖件模具零件CAPP系统,介绍了基于零件分组和面向工艺决策的特征描述方法,以及基于并行工程思想的CAPP与生产网络计划的集成化。
Cover mold is a large and complicated process equipment for automobile production. Due to its special shape and complexity of manufacturing process, it is difficult to use the existing CAPP method such as classification coding or feature modeling for part information input. In this paper, CAPP system of cover mold part is introduced. The method of feature description based on part grouping and process oriented decision is introduced. And the integration of CAPP and production network plan based on parallel engineering idea is introduced.
