本文系统探讨了我国水库大坝病险与溃坝规律。介绍了世界最高实体坝现场溃坝试验和室内试验结果,揭示了土石坝溃决机理和溃决过程。系统阐述了基于风险的大坝安全评价方法、病险水库除险加固技术、大坝风险控制非工程措施、大坝安全信息监测与预测预警、大坝风险标准等涉及水库大坝安全保障体系建设的一系列关键技术。本研究成果丰富了溃坝理论,完善了溃坝模拟技术,可服务于全国水库大坝安全行业管理和实践。
This article systematically explores the rules of dam damage and dam break in our country. The dam breaking test and laboratory test results of the highest physical dam in the world are introduced, and the failure mechanism and failure process of the earth-rock dam are revealed. This paper systematically expounds the construction methods of dam safety assessment based on risk, the reinforcement of dangerous reservoirs, the non-engineering measures of dam risk control, the monitoring and prediction of dam safety information, the risk standard of dam, etc. A series of key technologies. The results of this study enriched the theory of dam collapse and improved the technology of dam failure simulation, which can serve the management and practice of reservoir dam safety in the whole country.
