目的了解“四品一械”举报投诉案件现状,分析其特点,为进一步做好举报投诉受理和查处提供科学方法和对策。方法对2015年“四品一械”举报投诉情况进行整理分类统计。结果全年受理举报投诉2115起,97.73%的来源是通过电话投诉,96.78%的诉求是投诉类;87.85%的内容反映食品问题;立案率低,仅占举报总数5.25%。结论查处“四品一械”举报投诉已成为日常监督工作的重要组成部分,应从七个方面做好举报投诉处理工作。
Objective To understand the status quo of complaint cases filed by “Four Products and One Equipment” and analyze its characteristics so as to provide scientific methods and countermeasures for further handling and investigation of complaints. Methods To sort and classify the complaints filed in 2015, “Four products and one device”. As a result, 21,771 complaints were received in the whole year, 97.73% of the complaints came from telephone complaints, 96.78% were complaints, 87.85% reported food problems, and only 5.25% were filing cases. Conclusion Investigating and punishing complaints of “four products and one device” has become an important part of routine supervision. There are seven aspects that should be handled in reporting and handling complaints.
