目的 :探讨交感活性在伴高胰岛素血症的高血压病发展中的作用.方法 :测定 32例轻中度高血压病患者 (18例伴高胰岛素血症 ,14例血胰岛素水平正常 )和 18例正常人的空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、动态血压、尿液中儿茶酚胺的水平.结果 :(1)高血压病伴高胰岛素血症组尿液中儿茶酚胺水平明显高于单纯高血压及正常对照组 P“,”Objective:To investigate the effects of the sympathetic activity on the development of the hypertensive with hyperinsulinemia.Methods:Fast serum glucose(FSG),fast serum insulin(INS),ambulatory blood pressure and the levels of catecholamine in their urine were measured in 32 mild moderate hypertension cases (18 of them are with hyperinsulinemia and 14 with normal insulin level) and 18 healthy persons.Results:(1)The catecholamine level in the urine of hypertensives with hyperinsulinemia are obviously higher than those without insulin resistance and the healthy group( P <0 01);(2)The ambulatory blood pressure of those with hyperinsulinemia are obviously higher than those without hyperinsulinemia.55 6% of the former were nondipper manifestation.Conclusion:The sympathetic nervous system of the hypertensives with hyperinsulinemia are more actively than those without hyperinsulinemia.Therefore in the process of treatment it is also important to reduce the insulin resistance.
