血管内皮是指一种单层内皮细胞,覆盖在血管床内腔表面,具有机械和代谢功能,并将血管壁和循环以及血液中的有形成份分隔开来。大量的研究证据表明,内皮功能障碍作为一种综合征,不仅与心血管事件密切相关,而且可以引起全身性症状,具有很高的死亡率和病死率。本文综述近年来有关内皮功能研究的一些最新进展,同时分析其在心血管事件危险评估中的预测价值。 Endothelium refers to a monolayer of endothelial cells that covers the surface of the lumen of the vascular bed, has mechanical and metabolic functions and separates the vascular wall from the circulation and the tangible components of the bloodstream. Numerous research evidences indicate that endothelial dysfunction, as a syndrome, is not only closely linked to cardiovascular events but also causes generalized symptoms with high mortality and mortality. This review summarizes some recent advances in endothelial function research and analyzes its predictive value in cardiovascular risk assessment.
