This paper discusses the light-weight design of all-electric propulsion satellite under the circumstance of considering the strength constraint and the dynamic constraint, and optimizes the design of the square-shaped transitional structure using the three-dimensional topology optimization technology to determine the force transmission path of the square-shaped transitional structure Based on this, the innovative configuration design was carried out, the strength and dynamics of the innovative configuration were analyzed, and its superiority in strength and dynamic performance was verified.
