[目的]探讨~(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT融合显像对脊柱单发阳性病灶的鉴别诊断价值。[方法 ]对109例常规~(99m)Tc-MDP全身骨显像时脊柱单发阳性病灶同时行SPECT/CT融合显像。由2名核医学科医生共同阅片,作出最终诊断。[结果]颈椎占6.4%(7/109),胸椎占36.7%(43/109),腰椎占56.9%(59/109);良性病变占52.3%(57/109),骨转移病灶占47.7%(52/109)。全身骨显像确诊率为24.8%(27/109),SPECT/CT显像确诊率为88.99%(97/109),两者差异有统计学意义(χ~2=91.644,P<0.001)。[结论 ]SPECT/CT同机融合降低了骨显像诊断骨转移的假阳性率,对诊断骨转移的类型也有一定的价值。
[Objective] To investigate the differential diagnostic value of ~ (99m) Tc-MDP SPECT / CT fusion imaging in single spine positive lesions. [Method] SPECT / CT fusion imaging was performed concurrently with single sporadic positive lesions in 109 cases of conventional ~ (99m) Tc-MDP whole body bone scintigraphy. By two nuclear medicine doctors to read the film, to make the final diagnosis. [Results] Cervical vertebrae accounted for 6.4% (7/109), thoracic vertebrae 36.7% (43/109), lumbar vertebra 56.9% (59/109), benign lesions 52.3% (57/109) and bone metastases 47.7% (52/109). The diagnosis rate of whole body bone imaging was 24.8% (27/109), and the positive rate of SPECT / CT imaging was 88.99% (97/109). The difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 91.644, P <0.001). [Conclusion] The fusion of SPECT / CT with CT reduces the false positive rate of bone imaging in the diagnosis of bone metastases, and has certain value in diagnosing the type of bone metastases.
