介绍了一种新型方钢管混凝土柱工字钢梁节点,该节点在节点域设置两块竖向钢板,贯通方钢管混凝土柱,并和工字钢梁上下翼缘焊接。利用大型有限元软件ANSYS,对3个全焊梁柱节点算例进行了计算分析,得到了节点的荷载-位移曲线,并对其破坏机理进行了分析。分析结果表明:随着贯通钢板外伸段长度的增加,节点承载力和节点刚度都有相应的提高。合理地选择贯通钢板外伸段的长度值,可以有效地将梁端塑性铰外移,保证了节点的安全,实现了“强柱弱梁、节点更强”的设计原则。最后提出了设计建议,供设计参考。
A new type of square steel tube column (I-beam) beam joint was introduced. Two vertical steel plates were set up in the node area, which were welded to the square concrete column and welded to the upper and lower flanges of the I-beam. Using the large finite element software ANSYS, the calculation and analysis of three fully welded beam-column joints are carried out. The load-displacement curve of the joints is obtained and the failure mechanism is analyzed. The analysis results show that with the increase of the extension length of the through steel plate, the bearing capacity and the node stiffness of the joint have a corresponding increase. Reasonably choosing the length of the extension of the steel plate can effectively shift the plastic hinges of the beam end to ensure the safety of the node and achieve the design principle of “strong column and weak beam with stronger nodes”. Finally, the design proposal is proposed for design reference.
