为获得安装于不同飞机上发动机循环寿命的消耗情况,本文基于一段时期内的飞参数据,应用雨流计数法、古德曼方法和线性累计损伤理论,对一段时期内10架飞机的20台发动机的飞参数据进行分析。结果表明,由于飞行任务的不同,安装于飞机上的20台发动机之间的任务换算率有时会存在相对较大的差异,最大平均任务换算率为0.77,最小平均任务换算率为0.41,相差88%,而安装于同一飞机上的不同发动机之间也存在着相对较小的差异。该研究反映了该阶段内每台发动机的总体飞行使用情况,为合理制定下一阶段的训练计划提供了理论参考。
In order to obtain the consumption of engine cycle life installed on different aircraft, based on the data of the flight parameters over a period of time, this paper applies the rain flow counting method, the Goodman method and the linear cumulative damage theory to calculate the number of 10 aircraft in a period of 20 The engine’s flight parameters are analyzed. The results show that due to different missions, there are sometimes relatively large differences in task conversion rates among the 20 engines installed on the aircraft. The maximum average task conversion rate is 0.77 and the minimum average task conversion rate is 0.41, with a difference of 88 %, While there is a relatively small difference between the different engines installed on the same aircraft. The study reflects the overall flight usage of each engine in this phase and provides a theoretical reference for the reasonable formulation of the training program for the next phase.
