BT 生物杀虫剂(即苏云金杆菌杀虫剂)对鳞翅目害虫有良好的防治效果,且不污染环境,不杀伤天敌,不易使害虫产生抗药性;用固体薄层发酵法生产 BT 生物杀虫剂,原料充足、成本低,工艺简单易掌握、产品质量稳定,适合农户土法生产。笔者根据近两年当地的生产经验结合存在问题,将生产技术要点简介如下,供参考。一、培养料的配制(一)配方:以生产0.5公斤干制品为例,麦麸500克,优质石灰粉4.5～5克,清水450～500克。
