目的掌握思明区市售食品中镉污染状况,为预防和控制措施提供科学依据。方法从超市和农贸市场随机抽样,依照GB/T5009.15-2003《食品中镉的测定》,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测并根据国家相关标准进行评价。结果共检测198份样品,超标较严重的是干食用菌、水产干制品和水产品,超标率分别为82.4%、52.9%和28.0%。结论思明区部分食品中镉污染情况较严重。建议加大环境保护力度,做好养殖业投入品和菌类培养剂的质量管理,推行HACCP食品安全质量管理体系;加快制定统一的食品安全标准,加强食品安全监测体系建设。
Objective To understand the status of cadmium pollution in the foods sold in Siming District and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control measures. Methods Random sampling was conducted from supermarkets and farmers’ markets. According to GB / T5009.15-2003 Determination of Cadmium in Foodstuffs, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used for the determination and was evaluated according to relevant national standards. Results A total of 198 samples were tested. The more serious ones were dry edible mushrooms, dried seafood and aquatic products with over-standard rates of 82.4%, 52.9% and 28.0% respectively. Conclusion Some of the foods in the Siming district are more seriously polluted by cadmium. Proposed to increase environmental protection efforts, good aquaculture inputs and fungus culture medium quality management, the implementation of HACCP food safety and quality management system; accelerate the development of a unified food safety standards and strengthen food safety monitoring system.
