学习型组织作为未来成功企业的新模式已越来越引起中国企业的重视。在国有企业建立现代企业制度过程中,整合引入学习型组织的管理理念。是有志于再创辉煌的国有企业探索实践的首速。学习型组织的本质内涵是“不断激发个人和组织的学习力,从而提高组织的素质”。而企业教育也正负有这样的“天职”。怎样在创建学习型企业中更好地发挥企业教育的功能,企业教育应该改变些什么?为此,本期编写了这篇文章。
Learning organization as a new model of successful enterprises in the future has drawn more and more attention from Chinese enterprises.
