随着中国加入WTO和人民生活水平的提高,加之国际和国内两个市场竞争的需要,粮食的内在品质成了竞争的关键因素。作为粮食生产的源头,广大农户如何因地制宜地采用简单有效的方法保持粮食的品质,是粮食进入流通尤其是储备等环节的重要阶段,应引起我们的重视。 一些天然植物能够保护储粮免受虫、霉的危害,并且具有高效低毒、经济实惠的特点。在当今农村推行磷化铝、磷化钙等熏蒸剂存在一定困难的情况下,大面积推广使用化学保粮剂也面临许多问题。
With China’s accession to the WTO and improvement of people’s living standards, combined with the need of competition in both international and domestic markets, the inherent quality of food has become the key factor in competition. As the source of food production, how to maintain the quality of food in a simple and effective way according to the local conditions is the important stage of food entering the circulation, especially the reserve, which should arouse our attention. Some natural plants can protect stored grain from insects, mildew, and have high efficiency, low toxicity and economical characteristics. In the current rural areas such as the implementation of aluminum phosphide, calcium phosphide and other fumigants there are some difficulties in the case of large-scale promotion of the use of chemical agents also face many problems.
