目的 探讨接种腮腺炎疫苗后再感染流行性腮腺炎的原因。 方法 对 115例接种腮腺炎疫苗后再发生流行性腮腺炎的患儿血清 ,用单链构象多态性分析 (PCR -SSCP)法分离得到流行株与疫苗株的核苷酸序列 ,分析其分子生物学特点。 结果 流行株与疫苗株的核苷酸序列相差 8个核苷酸 ,流行株之间有 1~ 2个核苷酸差异。 结论 接种腮腺炎疫苗后再发生感染的原因可能是流行株与疫苗株核苷酸序列相差太大 ,从而导致疫苗保护力不足 ,引起再次发病
Objective To investigate the causes of mumps after inoculation with mumps vaccine. Methods A total of 115 children with mumps after vaccination with mumps vaccine were recruited. The nucleotide sequences of the epidemic strains and vaccine strains were analyzed by single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) Biological characteristics. Results The nucleotide sequences of the vaccine strains and the epidemic strains were different by 8 nucleotides, and there were 1 ~ 2 nucleotide differences between the strains. Conclusion The possible cause of infection after vaccination with mumps vaccine may be that the nucleotide sequence of the epidemic strain and the vaccine strain are much different, resulting in inadequate protection of the vaccine and subsequent re-onset of disease
