高锰钢铸件被广泛地应用在机器制造业与运输业的许多部门中,如电车道叉、鉄道的换辙器、碎石机机件、掘土槽斗、履带等。在水泥设备中,有很多零件也是用高锰钢铸造的。由于这种钢在铸造状态下非常硬,硬度高达H_B300~350,而且很脆,因而不能在铸造后直接用在机器上。为了保证使高锰钢铸件获得良好的必要性能,就必须进行特殊的热处理,热处理后应保证得到均相的奥氏体组成(无碳化物)。碳化物的存在会降低钢的冲击韧性,并增加了脆性。我们经过多次的淬火试验后,得到较为满意的结果,现将具体情况介绍于下。
High-manganese steel castings are widely used in many sectors of the machinery manufacturing and transportation industry, such as tram fork, driveway switches, rock crusher parts, soil hopper bucket, track and so on. In cement equipment, many parts are also cast with high manganese steel. Since this steel is very hard in the as-cast state and has a hardness of up to H_B 300-350 and is very brittle, it can not be used directly on the machine after casting. In order to ensure that the high manganese steel castings obtain the necessary properties, a special heat treatment must be carried out and the homogenous austenitic composition (carbides free) should be ensured after the heat treatment. The presence of carbides reduces the impact toughness of the steel and increases the brittleness. After many quenching tests, we get more satisfactory results, the specific circumstances are introduced below.
