采用简单的水热法制备了SnO2空心球。通过FE-SEM、TEM、TG-DTA、XRD对其微观形貌、结构、相组成等进行了表征和分析,对SnO2空心微球的荧光特性进行了初步探索。结果表明,所得SnO2空心球是由纳米晶粒组成的多晶结构,壁厚约为15nm,微球平均直径约为125nm。产物在550℃热处理后为四方晶体结构的SnO2,荧光光谱分析表明,SnO2空心球分别在470、818nm处产生PL特征峰,主要由于缺陷形成杂质带导致。
SnO2 hollow spheres were prepared by a simple hydrothermal method. The microscopic morphology, structure, phase composition and the like were characterized and analyzed by FE-SEM, TEM, TG-DTA and XRD. The fluorescence characteristics of SnO2 hollow microspheres were explored. The results show that the resulting SnO2 hollow sphere is a polycrystalline structure composed of nanocrystalline grains with a wall thickness of about 15 nm and an average diameter of the microspheres of about 125 nm. The results showed that SnO2 with tetragonal crystal structure after heat treatment at 550 ℃ showed the PL characteristic peaks at 470 and 818nm respectively due to the formation of impurity bands in SnO2 hollow spheres.
