采用低温化学镀液相沉积技术,以45钢为基体材料,制备了Ni-B合金镀层。利用光学显微镜观察了镀层的微观形貌,借助X射线衍射仪分析了热处理前后Ni-B镀层相结构的变化,采用电化学极化曲线表征了热处理前后镀层的腐蚀过电位。结果表明:Ni-B镀层与45钢基体结合较好,界面连续、均匀、平整,表面形貌呈菜花状的胞状结构。NaBH4的添加量为0.9 g/L时,Ni-B镀层呈非晶态,Ni-B镀层的耐蚀性最好。热处理后,镀层由非晶态向晶态转变,镀层的耐蚀性下降。
Low-temperature electroless plating liquid deposition technology was used to prepare Ni-B alloy coating with 45 steel as base material. The microstructure of the coating was observed with an optical microscope. The phase structure of the Ni-B coating before and after the heat treatment was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer. The corrosion potential of the coating before and after heat treatment was characterized by electrochemical polarization curve. The results show that the interface of Ni-B coating with 45 steel is better, the interface is continuous, uniform and smooth, and the surface morphology is cauliflower-like cell structure. When the dosage of NaBH4 is 0.9 g / L, the Ni-B coating is amorphous and the Ni-B coating has the best corrosion resistance. After heat treatment, the coating changes from amorphous to crystalline and the corrosion resistance of the coating decreases.
