目的建立塑胶运动场地中甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的气相色谱测定法。方法样品在80~85℃水浴中经丙酮连续提取12h,经离心、沉淀、过滤后,使用1490型气相色谱仪,经7%SE-30色谱柱分离测定。以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果线性范围在最低检出限~0.04380mmol/L之间,回归方程为y=28612x-29.336,r=0.9990,检出限为0.00130mmol/L。该方法的平均回收率为100.8%~103.6%,RSD为5.7%。结论该法适用于聚氨酯塑胶运动场地中TDI含量的测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of tolylene diisocyanate (TDI) in plastic sports venues. Methods Samples were continuously extracted with acetone for 12h in a water bath at 80-85 ℃. After centrifugation, sedimentation and filtration, the samples were separated on a 7% SE-30 column using a 1490 gas chromatograph. To retain the time qualitative, quantitative peak area. The linear range of the results was between 0.04380mmol / L and the regression equation was y = 28612x-29.336, r = 0.9990. The detection limit was 0.00130mmol / L. The average recoveries of this method ranged from 100.8% to 103.6% with a RSD of 5.7%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of TDI content in polyurethane plastic sports venues.
