目的:比较利复星和可乐必妥治疗细菌性感染疾病的药效。方法:以纸片扩散法测定各致病菌对所试药物的敏感性。用琼脂2倍稀释法测定致病菌对各药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC50)。结果:利复星和可乐必妥对262株需氧细菌的敏感覆盖率分别为90.8%和89.7%。二药对金葡菌的MIC50和MIC90完全一致,为0.03和0.06mg/L;对大肠埃希菌的MIC50,二药相同,为0.03mg/L,MIC90分别为0.06和0.125mg/L;对绿脓杆菌的MIC50和MIC90完全相同,为0.25和2mg/L;结果还表明利复星对厌氧菌有良好的抗菌作用。结论:利复星与可乐必妥治疗细菌性感染细菌学评价无差异
OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of rifabic and colabitol in the treatment of bacterial infections. Methods: The sensitivity of the tested pathogens to the tested drugs was determined by disc diffusion method. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC50) of each pathogen on each drug was determined by agar dilution method. Results: Sensitive coverage rates of rifampicin and colabitol to 262 aerobic bacteria were 90.8% and 89.7% respectively. The two drugs on S. aureus MIC50 and MIC90 exactly, 0.03 and 0.06mg / L; for E. coli MIC50, the same two drugs, 0.03mg / L, MIC90 were 0.06 and 0.125mg / L; for Pseudomonas aeruginosa MIC50 and MIC90 exactly the same, 0.25 and 2mg / L; results also show that Lee Fuli on anaerobic bacteria have good antibacterial effect. Conclusion: There is no difference in bacteriological evaluation between Lifamestar and Colabuterol in the treatment of bacterial infections
