目的:研究利福平的有选择性琥珀酰化实验条件。方法:在乙酸乙酯中用二甲基氨基吡啶作催化剂,用琥珀酸酐与利福平反应。结果:通过化学和仪器分析方法鉴定,产物是8-琥珀酰利福平,未发现其它位置的酰化产物。结论;本方法,能专—性地合成8-琥珀酰化利福平。
PURPOSE: To study the selective succinylation conditions of rifampicin. Methods: Dimethyl amino pyridine was used as a catalyst in ethyl acetate and succinic anhydride was reacted with rifampicin. Results: The product was identified by chemical and instrumental analysis. The product was 8-succinyl rifampin, and no acylated product was found at other sites. Conclusion; This method allows the synthesis of 8-succinylated rifampicin.
