本文对以学习者为中心人才培养的意义,人才培养模式构成、特征、形式及对职教办学主体、学生、教师、课程、学习资源、教学组织的要求,进行了系统研究,提出了我国职业院校构建以学习者为中心人才培养模式需解决的法律、课程、教师、学习资源等层面的问题建议。
This paper systematically studies the significance of cultivating learners as a center, the composition, characteristics and forms of personnel training modes and the requirements of the main bodies, students, teachers, courses, learning resources and teaching organizations of vocational education, Colleges and universities to build the learner-centered personnel training mode to be solved by the law, curriculum, teachers, learning resources and other issues at the level of recommendations.
