首先介绍了本工程的建筑结构特点,施工重难点,并应用BIM技术对本工程中施工难度较大的一栋楼进行分析,得到建筑结构各层外圈梁变化幅度情况;在内收结构部分采用错层布置外架立杆,外扩结构部分采用多排布置立杆的方式进行布置,结合BIM技术对外架中工字钢、立杆、横杆进行精确排布来模拟外架施工,很好解决高层异形建筑外架施工的难题且有效降低外架工人施工难度;随后运用有限元分析软件SAP2000,通过对相关节点进行半刚性处理准确建立外架模型,分析结果表明外架各方面性能均满足相关规范要求,设计合理。
