室内设计管理问题日益受到相关企业以及专家和学者们的重视。组织模式从本质上讲是生产关系的表现形式。所以企业的组织模式不应该是一成不变的,相反应该随着生产力和生产规模的变化而不断变化。一般来讲,公司业务没有达到一定规模时,通常会采用团队编组的组织模式。当公司业务扩大到一定规模,各专业人才达到8-15人以上时,一般会采用专业分工的组织模式,将专业人才按专业划分部门。
