在焊接工艺技术研究时常需要对电弧形态进行观察和记录。利用高速摄影拍摄电弧燃烧和熔滴过渡的动态过程照片,虽然效果很好,但一般实验室往往不具备这个条件,而且高速摄影的拍摄参数多、操作复杂,必须请专业人员拍摄和冲洗才能达到预期效果,做一次实验,需投入较多的人力、物力,实验成本很高,有时研究者并不需要观测熔滴过渡的连续渐变过程,而只需知道焊接电弧的形状、弧长、阴极斑点和阳极斑点情况以及熔滴过渡的路径和大小等。为此,笔者设计了一种能用普通相机进行拍摄和记录焊接电弧形态的简便实验方法。

For this reason, I have designed a simple experimental method that can record and record the shape of the welding arc with an ordinary camera.
