不同水产品中有色和无色孔雀石绿的降解动力学研究

目的研究不同水产品基质中有色和无色孔雀石绿的降解规律。方法样品经提取净化后,用HPLC进行检测,结果用SPSS软件、降解动力学软件进行分析。结果三种基质中有色和无色孔雀石绿降解反应均符合准一级反应动力学。在10、50、100μg/kg三个添加水平下,三种基质中有色孔雀石绿平均降解率分别为57.9%、48.0%、23.0%,无色孔雀石绿平均降解率分别为46.6%、43.4%、19.8%。添加浓度为50μg/kg的鲤鱼基质,采用自然解冻时有色和无色孔雀石绿降解速率常数分别为K(50μg/kg)=0.00338d?1,K(50μg/kg)=0.00268d-1,采用微波解冻方式时有色和无色孔雀石绿降解速率常数分别为K(50μg/kg)=0.00359d?1,K(50μg/kg)=0.00321d?1。实际样品中无色孔雀石绿降解速率常数K(111.2μg/kg无色,鲤鱼)=0.000614d?1,K(50μg/kg无色,鲤鱼)=0.00125d?1。结论有色孔雀石绿较无色孔雀石绿降解快,低浓度比高浓度降解快;两种解冻方式对有色和无色孔雀石绿降解影响较小;实际样品中无色孔雀石绿降解速率常数均比空白基质中添加无色孔雀石绿降解慢。 Objective To study the degradation of colored and colorless malachite green in different aquatic products. Methods The samples were purified by extraction and detected by HPLC. The results were analyzed by SPSS software and degradation kinetic software. Results The green and colorless malachite green degradation reactions of the three kinds of matrices were in accordance with quasi-first order reaction kinetics. The average degradation rates of colored malachite green in three kinds of matrine were 57.9%, 48.0% and 23.0% at 10, 50 and 100μg / kg respectively. The average degradation rates of malachite green were 46.6% and 43.4% respectively %, 19.8%. The carotenoid matrix with 50μg / kg concentration added with K (50μg / kg) = 0.00338d? 1 and K (50μg / kg) = 0.00268d-1 when using natural thawed colored and colorless malachite green, The degradation rates of colored and colorless malachite green when using microwave thawing method were K (50μg / kg) = 0.00359d? 1 and K (50μg / kg) = 0.00321d? 1 respectively. The actual rate of colorless malachite green degradation rate K (111.2μg / kg colorless, carp) = 0.000614d? 1, K (50μg / kg colorless, carp) = 0.00125d? Conclusions The colored malachite green degrades more rapidly than the colorless malachite green and degrades faster than the high concentration malachite green. The two defrosting modes have little effect on the green degradation of colored and colorless malachite.
