提出一种新的自适应时频分析方法———局域波法.结合仿真信号与故障检测信号进行分析研究,提出一种新的机械故障诊断方法并将其成功地应用到齿轮箱故障诊断中.振动信号能量在局域波时频分布中的变化,是局域波法诊断齿轮磨损故障的特征.诊断结果表明,局域波时频分析为齿轮磨损故障诊断提供了一种更为有效的手段,在故障诊断工程中具有广泛的应用前景.
A new adaptive time-frequency analysis method, called local wave method, is proposed in this paper.Combined with the simulation signal and the fault detection signal, a new method of mechanical fault diagnosis is proposed and applied to the fault diagnosis of gearbox .The change of the vibration signal energy in the time-frequency distribution of the local wave is the characteristic of the fault diagnosis of the gear wear by the local wave method.The diagnostic results show that the local wave time-frequency analysis provides a more effective method for the gear wear fault diagnosis The method has a wide range of application prospects in the fault diagnosis project.
