目的为了更好地做好献血者血液检测不合格结果告知工作,促进本地区无偿献血健康持续发展。方法献血后1月内,由中心工作人员,使用现代血站管理信息系统SHINOW9.0,对ALT、HBs Ag、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、抗-TP血液检测不合格的献血者进行电话反馈,除空号、错号、非本人,未留联系方式等一次性联系不上外,其余3次不同时间段联系不上者,视为告知失败,采取邮寄挂号信件处理。结果 2015年2月1日-2016年1月31日献血者血液检测不合格共计3 695人,告知成功3 302人,告知成功率为89.36%;告知失败393人,告知失败率为10.64%,失败原因为停机、关机、未接听,空号、错话、非本人,未留联系方式等。结论确保献血者献血信息的准确性和完整性,从源头把好告知成功率;加强实验室建设,排除人为干扰;提高告知方法和技巧,增强献血者满意,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
