本文以获得麻花钻直线切削刀为前提,对钻头的螺旋槽截形进行了理论分析,推导出了螺旋槽理论截形的数学模型,在IBM-PC-88微型计算机上得到了麻花钻螺旋槽的理论截形曲线.同时还用非线性回归法将该曲线拟合为一个圆的方程,并由此优化了砂轮的最佳安装角,从而达到了简化钻沟磨床砂轮修正机构的目的.该方法已被用于一种钻头沟槽磨床的设计中.
