近年来,利用塑料大棚、日光温室生产蔬菜和食用菌,既丰富了菜篮子,又提高了土地和光热资源的利用率,是一种新型的科学经济的种植方式。下面介绍几种我国北方较实用的生产模式。 1.利用蔬菜定植前、收获后、倒茬间隙和夏季休闲期生产食用菌 如在大(中)棚及保温效果较差的日光温室,冬季(1~2月)进行平菇、金针菇等低温型食用菌生产,尤其在冬春季多阴天、光照不足的情况下,更显示出这种模式的优越性。
