目的研究苍耳子正丁醇萃取部位滴鼻剂和苍耳油滴鼻剂对变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法选用健康豚鼠,随机分为5组:正常对照组,模型组,治疗组(苍耳正丁醇萃取部位滴鼻剂组和苍耳油滴鼻剂组),以及阳性对照组(市售鼻刻灵滴鼻剂组);除正常对照组外,其它各组豚鼠用卵白蛋白(ovalbumin,OVA)造成变应性鼻炎模型。基础致敏完成的次日开始,用滴鼻剂滴入双侧鼻腔进行治疗,每侧20μl,每日3次。分别观察比较治疗前后的体征和症状变化,并以组织病理学方法观察鼻腔黏膜的组织结构变化,酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测各组豚鼠血清SIg E水平。结果两种苍耳子药物组动物体征与症状均有明显的改善,鼻黏膜上皮结构正常,未见炎性细胞浸润和水肿,且与模型组比较两个治疗组豚鼠血清SIg E水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论含苍耳子正丁醇萃取部位8mg·ml-1浓度的滴鼻剂和苍耳油对变应性鼻炎有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To study the efficacy of Xanthium n-butanol extraction site nasal drops and xanthium oil nasal drops on allergic rhinitis. Methods Healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group, model group, treatment group (nostril n-butanol extract nasal drops group and cocklebur nose nasal drops group), and positive control group Carved spirit nasal drops group); except the normal control group, the other groups of guinea pigs caused by ovalbumin (ovalbumin, OVA) model of allergic rhinitis. The day after the basal sensitization is completed, nasal drops are dripped into the bilateral nasal cavity for treatment, 20 μl on each side, 3 times daily. The change of signs and symptoms before and after treatment were observed and compared. The histological changes of nasal mucosa were observed by histopathology. Serum SIg E levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The results showed that the signs and symptoms of the two kinds of Xanthium were significantly improved, the epithelial structure of the nasal mucosa was normal and there was no inflammatory cell infiltration and edema. Compared with the model group, the serum SIg E levels of guinea pigs in both treatment groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Nasal drops and xanthium oil containing 8 mg · ml-1 n-butanol extract have a good therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis.
