从分类学上来看,荞麦不属于谷物类,荞麦面粉常作各种食物中的小麦面粉代用品。摄入荞麦制品可引起荨麻疹、血管水肿和胃肠道症状。职业接触荞麦可引起鼻炎、哮喘和接触性荨麻疹。不过至今尚无因摄入荞麦食物而发生过敏的报告。本文报告1例荞麦引起的过敏。病例女,38岁,有轻度哮喘史以及荞麦皮和木棉纤维职业接触史,进食3张荞麦面煎饼,30min之内出现瘙痒和咽喉痛。自服2片阿斯匹林,症状未见缓解,随后出现焦燥不安,弥散性红斑样荨麻疹和呼吸困难而急诊,收缩压由120mmHg降至70mmHg,入院治疗,于第2天出院。
From taxonomic point of view, buckwheat does not belong to cereals, buckwheat flour often used in a variety of food wheat flour substitutes. Buckwheat products can cause urticaria, vascular edema and gastrointestinal symptoms. Occupational exposure to buckwheat can cause rhinitis, asthma and contact urticaria. However, no allergy to buckwheat has been reported so far. This article reports a buckwheat allergy. Female, 38 years old, with a history of mild asthma and occupational exposure to buckwheat husk and kapok fiber, had 3 buckwheat noodles pancakes and itching and sore throat within 30 minutes. Since serving 2 aspirin, the symptoms did not ease, followed by anxiety, diffuse erythema-like urticaria and dyspnea and emergency, systolic blood pressure decreased from 120mmHg to 70mmHg, admission treatment, discharged on the 2nd day.
