目的了解当前高师生对心理健康教育的看法。方法根据自编问卷,调查318名高师生。结果1大部分高师生对心理健康教育的必要性、意义、师资的专业化等有了比较正确的认识。30%以上的高师生对心理健康教育的对象、目标、实施主渠道的认识是错误或模糊的。2大部分高师生赞成心理咨询工作的重点是提高学生心理素质和预防心理疾病的产生。但对心理咨询解决问题的范围的认识存在比较严重的误解。3约80%高师生对心理健康教育与德育存在差异持赞成态度,但半数以上高师生对心理健康教育与德育的联系的认识是错误或模糊不清的。结论需进一步加强对高师生心理健康教育观的教育。
Objective To understand the current teachers and students of mental health education views. Methods Based on self-made questionnaires, 318 teachers and students were investigated. Results 1 Most of the teachers and students in higher education have a more correct understanding of the necessity and significance of mental health education and the professionalization of teachers. More than 30% of the teachers and students of higher education have a wrong or vague understanding of the object, goal and implementation of the main channel of mental health education. 2 Most teachers and students agree that psychological counseling should focus on improving students’ psychological quality and preventing mental illness. However, there is a serious misunderstanding of the scope of psychological counseling to solve the problem. 3 About 80% of the teachers and students in high school agree well with the differences between mental health education and moral education. However, more than half of the teachers and students have misunderstandings about the connection between mental health education and moral education. Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the education of mental health education of teachers and students.
