利用ISSR分子标记技术对慈溪、乍浦、连云港3个彩虹明樱蛤地理群体的遗传差异进行了研究。试验结果表明,乍浦、慈溪、连云港3个彩虹明樱蛤群体的遗传多样性指数分别为0.3987、0.3670、0.4084,以连云港群体遗传多样性较高,慈溪群体最低。群体遗传结构显示,大多数(94.75%)的遗传多样性是由群体内不同个体间的差异造成的,只有小部分(5.25%)的遗传多样性与群体间的遗传分化有关。Nei’s遗传多样性分析结果表明,群体结构水平较低而基因流水平较高(Gst=0.0525;Nm=9.0295),提示彩虹明樱蛤群体间可能发生过较强的基因交流。
The ISSR molecular markers were used to study the genetic differences among three rainbow cherry clams in Cixi, Zhapu and Lianyungang. The results showed that the genetic diversity index of three populations of Cydonia przewalskii in Zhapu, Cixi and Lianyungang were 0.3987, 0.3670 and 0.4084, respectively. The population genetic diversity of Lianyungang was the highest, while that of Cixi was the lowest. The genetic structure of the population showed that the majority (94.75%) of the genetic diversity was caused by the differences among the individuals in the population, and only a small part (5.25%) of the genetic diversity was related to the genetic differentiation among the populations. Nei’s genetic diversity analysis showed that the population structure was lower and the level of gene flow was higher (Gst = 0.0525; Nm = 9.0295), suggesting that strong genetic exchange may occur between Populus simonii populations.
