In this paper, SD rats were used as experimental objects, and the optical density OD (SRBC-AFC) of the primary reaction peak of antibody-producing cells induced by sheep erythrocytes was used as an index to study the effects of central nervous transmitters NE, DA, and 5-HT on humoral immunity. The impact of the response. The results showed that reducing the content of NE in the central nervous system prior to immunization could inhibit SRBC-AFC, but decreased the contents of DA and 5-HT in the central axis before immunization, but had no effect on SRBC-AFC. It is suggested that the central neurotransmitter NE is involved in the humoral immune response, while DA and 5-HT may not be related to the immune response.
