目的掌握福建省病媒生物(蚊、蝇、蟑、鼠)种类、数量、分布及季节消长变化,提高对病媒生物的防控水平。方法依据《福建省病媒生物(蚊、蝇、蟑、鼠)种群密度监测及抗性监测方案(试行)》执行。结果 4个成蚊监测点平均密度指数为0.56只/h,致倦库蚊仍是城区的优势蚊种;5个蚊幼监测点以5月阳性率最高。蝇类6个监测点平均密度指数19.7只/笼,大头金蝇、丝光绿蝇、家蝇是优势种群。蟑螂4个点蟑纸屋阳性率17.9%,平均密度指数1.7只/个,德国小蠊是优势种群。5个鼠类点鼠密度平均3.1%,3月较低(2.4%),5月较高(3.8%)。结论全年病媒生物的密度呈动态变化,密度指数较往年呈下降趋势。应加大对病媒生物监测工作的重视和经费下拨,加强基层专业人员的业务培训。
Objective To understand the species, quantity, distribution and seasonal fluctuation of vectors (mosquito, flies, cockroaches and mice) in Fujian province and to improve the prevention and control of vectors. The method is based on “Monitoring of population density of mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches and mice in Fujian Province and resistance monitoring program (for trial implementation)”. Results The average density index of 4 adult mosquitoes was 0.56 / h, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was still the dominant mosquito species in urban area. The positive rate of 5 mosquito breeding sites in May was the highest. The average density index of flies in 6 monitoring spots was 19.7 per cage, and the golden flies, silky green flies and house flies were dominant populations. Cockroach 4 point cockroach positive rate of 17.9%, the average density index of 1.7 / individual, German cockroach is the dominant population. The average density of five mouse rodents was 3.1%, lower in March (2.4%) and higher in May (3.8%). Conclusion The annual density of vector was dynamic, and the density index showed a downward trend compared with previous years. We should increase the emphasis on vector bio-monitoring and allocate funds to strengthen the professional training of grassroots professionals.
