为了减少水泥稳定碎石基层材料的开裂破坏,向水泥稳定碎石材料中掺加了适量聚丙烯纤维。通过对比研究掺加聚丙烯纤维水泥稳定碎石和普通水泥稳定碎石各龄期的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量和收缩系数等路用性能指标,认为聚丙烯纤维能够显著改善水泥稳定碎石材料的路用性能。并通过观察实体工程芯样照片和调查早期裂缝数量,进一步验证了掺加聚丙烯纤维水泥稳定碎石基层路用性能的优越性。
In order to reduce the cracking damage of the cement stabilized macadam base material, an appropriate amount of polypropylene fiber is added to the cement stabilized macadam material. By comparing the unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength, compressive resilience modulus and shrinkage coefficient of polypropylene fiber cement-stabilized macadam and common cement stabilized macadam at different ages, it is considered that poly Propylene fibers can significantly improve the road performance of cement stabilized macadam materials. And by observing the physical engineering core sample photos and investigating the number of early cracks, we further verify the superiority of pavement performance with polypropylene fiber cement stabilized macadam base.
