目的:建立心脑贯通滴丸(三七、银杏叶)中三七皂苷R_1、人参皂苷Rg_1、Rb_1的含量测定HPLC-ELSD方法。方法:色谱柱Agilent ODS C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,ELSD漂移管温度70℃;氮气流速2.0 L·min~(-1);柱温35℃。结果:3种皂苷,线性范围分别为:三七皂苷R_10.26~2.6μg(r=0.999 2),人参皂苷Rg_1 0.8~8.0μg(r= 0.999 8),人参皂苷Rb_1 0.7~7.4μg(r=0.999 0),平均回收率分别为100.6%,102.5%和103.3%;RSD分别为3.3%,3.8%和3.9%(n=5)。结论:结果准确,便于操作,可作为心脑贯通滴丸的质量控制方法之一。
Objective: To establish HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of notoginsenoside R_1 and ginsenoside Rg_1 and Rb_1 in Xinnaojing Dropping Pills (Panax notoginseng and Ginkgo biloba). Method: Column Agilent ODS C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-water, gradient elution, ELSD drift tube temperature 70°C, nitrogen flow rate 2.0 L·min~(-1) Column temperature 35 °C. Results: The three kinds of saponins were linear in the range of notoginsenoside R_10.26-2.6 μg (r=0.999 2), ginsenoside Rg_1 0.8-8.0 μg (r= 0.999 8), and ginsenoside Rb_1 0.7-7.4 μg (r =0.999 0). The average recoveries were 100.6%, 102.5% and 103.3%, respectively; RSD were 3.3%, 3.8%, and 3.9% (n=5), respectively. Conclusion: The result is accurate, easy to operate, and can be used as one of the quality control methods of the heart-brain-connected dripping pills.
